FO Perspectives is an early careers consultancy that specialises in providing early career talent and employers with the tools and support to succeed with career development.
We help students and graduates with their job search by providing end-to-end career support from CV reviews through to interview preparation services to support them in taking the next step in their Careers.
We support companies with their talent attraction and retention strategies, creating tailored early career programs, and retention strategies and hosting workshops to improve the diversity, retention and quality of their talent pool.
We also work closely with universities in providing students with the tools needed to maximise their career opportunities throughout university through CV and Career Workshops.
